Hi all. Got another one for yall. My buddy recently aquired a Remington M-11 with serial number 2098xx. All that I can find on this shotgun is that it is modeled after the Browning A-5, is vary reliable, fun to shot. I have not been able to fine a site to tell me when it is made. also what is the resale value of this shotgun. Ballpark figure because I have not seen it yet, he traded a mini-14 for it and a 1903 springfield bayonet. Probably not the greatest trade in the world but I wasn't their to stop him. Any information will be much appriciated.

The bayonet was probably a fair trade...

Good, solid, serviceable guns. I don't think it'll be worth a mini-14, but it depends on the configuration and condition.

Set the friction rings for Heavy. Look up the manual for an A-5 on Browning's website. There is a PDF available to download.

You can call Remington (800-243-9700) and find out the age based on the serial # and request a photo copy of the owners manual.

There is lots of info on here already. Try the search function.
