I've been in similar situations before...Buy X instead of Y at a little less money thinking that I could use the saved money to buy Z. In almost all of my decisions like that, I've been disappointed. Usually, "Z" will cost more than the difference of saving by buying "X" and then you wish you had bought "Y" and just saved a little longer for "Z".
Did that make sense, LOL? I think you should buy the rifle you like and want first. If you have enough money to get a reloading press, etc., etc. then go ahead. If not...enjoy your new rifle and save little by little and get into reloading when you can do it right. Just like guns...you'll find you want the next best thing for loading too, and so on and so on.
