I am negotiating the purchase of a #4 Remington Rolling Block .22 S, L, & LR,:confused:and am trying to find the date of mfg. I have looked in all of my reference books and cannot pinpoint its birthdate. It is serial # 824546. Can anyone help me find the mfg. date? Thanks in advance!! John Wesley Hardin

You can go to the Remington site and email them your s/n. They will give you a year. That is about how accurate they can be.
Or call:
