I doubt it - at Precision's website they take torch to a round and the lead melts and runs out but the moly is still there. But I guess you could melt all the lead out, then re-cast some bullets!
These are in an assortment of jacketed bullets I got when I picked up a used rifle. I would rather not go the moly route but would hate to throw away the bullets.
