Presume you are talking about a pistol that currently has fixed sights.

We have a number of these around the place, with good zeroes on the ammo of choice. They also have excellent triggers (either adjusted or drop-in) , and frankly they shoot better than I can now.
I have one adjustable sighted Mk II but rarely shoot it. Guess I don't see adjustables as a big issue in a sporting .22 pistol. The exception would be if you are big into bullseye or something like that.
