Replacing Stock on Colt Carbine

Is there a page somewhere on the Internet that details replacing the stock on a Colt AR-15?

I need to replace the fixed, fake collapsible stock on a Colt "M4" look-alike carbine. (Most likely with a VLTOR.)

I have the spanner wrench, but am not sure about the details involved in restaking.

Is there a site with an armorer's guide for the AR-15/M16?
