Request information on older Sig .22 Conversion kit barrel

I have the barrel shown in the attached 2008 Sig .22 Conversion Kit manual. It differs from the current kits in that it has the protruding arm or extension from the back of the breech. Does anyone know if this barrel is compatible with the current Sig .22 conversion kits. The barrel is from the P229 kit.

I don't know.

But the ' protruding arm' is the .22 RF ejector.

And you have to have an ejector.
I don't care what model it is.

Why not just call SIG and ask them?
