Any Suggestions for a modern revolver? my 1st revolver was a .460 mag, and I love that gun. But I’m looking for something 21st century now. No real budget: he’s my thoughts

pocket .38 special
pocket .357
small IWB .357
small IWB .41 mag

any suggestions?

If .460 isn't modern enough for you, then .41 certainly isn't!

Go with a .357. Though you will likely shoot Specials from it 90% of the time, its nice to have options.

For a truly "modern" revolver, why not a 9mm? There are several options out there, including having TK machine your .357 cylinder to accept all 3 cartridges with moon clips.

I have the latest Uberti .357 / 9mm SAA clone. but it doesn’t fit in my pocket.

was thinking… here me out. Kimber .357??? what you think?

No experience with the Kimber, they are rare here. Some owners seem to love 'em, some don't.

I guess the plastic-framed S&Ws, Taurus, and Rugers could be considered "modern" revolvers but.....gross. Then of, course, theres the Chiappa Rhino, almost more "sci-fi" than modern, but kinda neat.

The Rhino is far too large for concealed carry, the Kimber is pushing it, weight-wise.

An Airweight J-frame is the usual answer, such as a 442. The Ruger Sp101 and new Colt Cobra are doable as well. None of these is particularly modern, but they are known and trusted quantities.

Gross! lol

Get Ruger LCR 9mm snubby revolver. Great trigger and 9mm has some advantages over .38 spl. Moon clips if you want to reload faster but can fire without the use of moon clips

Modern?

Ruger LCR

The words "modern" and "revolver" don't belong in the same sentence. I like revolvers too, but let's face it, they're historical artifacts.
ever tried to press a LC9 on a target and shoot it… I have (garage can full of used paper towels, don't ask) gun won’t go off. You can shoot a revolver thur a jacks pocket and it will go off!!!
