"Wheel gun" makes me think of guns that roll around on wheels, are towed by vehicles or horses, and are fired by means of lanyards. Revolving pistols, OTOH, I know something about, and I tend to shoot a medium-large framed S&W or Ruger DA revolver better than anything, when I have to shoot fast.
I use autopistols, too. If I didn't wear a badge for a PD that mandated certain DA autos as primary duty pistols, I would mostly use revolvers, except perhaps for a good 1911, and on occasion a Seecamp LWS-32. Of the several authorized primary duty autopistols, I bought the one that fit my hands the best, and have DA trigger strokes the most like an S&W K-frame: SIG P229 DAK.
