Heck yeah!
Thanks, It was an Xmas gift to myself a handful of years ago, replacing a silver face I bought in the early 90's when they could be had for 'bout $400. Young and stupid circumstances, and I didn't have it any more.:cuss: I really need to start playing regularly again.

Back on topic, Casey111, that is one good lookin' setup. Nice piece and sweet rig.

My go-to fun gun

Sage_zps202ff400.jpg I guess this revolver dates from back in the days when PPC was so popular that people used purpose-built revolvers for the "snubby" side matches. All I really know about it is that it's super slick, accurate, and I find myself defaulting to grabbing it and a box of wadcutters whenever I want some relaxation via a bit of slow, precision target shooting.

The barrel is marked "Sage Undercover" so I guess the 'smith was named Sage. Does that ring any bells for anyone?

Man there have been some great looking shooters posted since I last browsed. I love that Freedoms single action and the PPC snub! Found this little 629 locally which shocked me. Double shock when it was affordable.

Just bought my first revolver, a Ruger SP101. I got the .357 magnum version with 2.25" barrel and exposed hammer. Might try a Hogue grip if the .357 recoil shreds my finger meat, as some reviews say it does. I only have .38 Special ammo for now.

A Smith and Wesson M14 single action revolver with factory trigger overtravel stop. I have loved the single action S&Ws of this sort ever since I was a kid. It's always fun to hand them to someone and give them permission to dryfire. They see the cylinder turn but the hammer doesn't come back...and they get really confused. :)

The picture shows 5 onehanded slowfire shots at 20 yards; it wouldn't be a group of mine if it didn't have at least one flyer.

Here's one of my more useful revolvers - you see, we have a wild hog problem here in East Texas!

I promise I'll stop recycling these and take some different ones. Hmmm, my J frames are feeling like red-headed stepchildren...

"cal01, What gun is that"

The gun pictured is a Ruger Super Blackhawk Hunter in .44 Magnum with a Burris scope. Great wild pig gun.
