RIA 1911 Barrel problem

I have a RIA 1911 that leads up no matter what i try. so i slugged the bore at .4515. well i sized to .4525. no go so ran unsized .454 still lead. tried alox- hi-tek coating- powder coating still leading at end of barrel alot of leading. slugged the bore half way from chamber end got .4515 slugged bore from muzzle end half way and got .4525. so my barrel gets bigger twards the end of the muzzle i think i found the problem but i cannot get a hold of RockIsland on the phone..... think they will cover this?

They'll address the barrel under warranty unless any modifications have been made.
