RIA 1911 Sight Replacements

I have a RIA 1911 I recently purchased. It has the standard "GI Sights" on it. Im wondering is there a rear replacement sight out there that would be compatible with the GI front sight as it is?
The front site height is .106" and the current GI rear sight is .240" tall.
What would work here? And would I need a low mount rear sight or what? Thanks guys.
