Graystar's thread about "the People" and "individual rights" got me to browsing the internet. I came across this interesting webiste titled:
International Infromation Programs
USINFO.STATE.GOV
So I'm browsing around and click on the "Right to Bear Arms" chapter. What does it say?
Interesting, no?

Every other chapter has nice long essays. I checked. But not this one. Hmmm? I wonder how long this site has been up and this chapter has been empty? I'm going to put it in my favorites and check on it once in a while. Maybe it's all new and they just haven't got to it yet. Or maybe it's been up for a couple of years and it will never be posted. Is it just a coincidence that this particular chapter is missing? You think?(The accompanying essay is under review.)
