Rings for a scoped .22.

My friend finally found the Marlin 39A he was looking for and then he got a great deal on a Leupold Scope. The only thing we really need to move forward with this is some good rings.
The 39A come with a nice small rail that is set up for the smaller rings usually found on a .22, but after mounting the rings we had to the rail, I think we could do a bit better.
My question is who makes a good set of rings for this application?

Leupold makes a nice rimfire ring set in 3/8'' dovetail, I think they are about $45 a set. Warne also has a nice .22 ring set, in the mid $20's. I've used both and like each.
