This happens to be for .223/5.56, where I have two heads setup, one for trimming and then one for loading.
Trim head:
Dillon FL size/deprime, swage, RT1500 Trim
Load head:
Lyman M, swage, prime, powder, bullet, crimp

?I was curious if the community invokes the swage step on both steps of processing? I am currently, but used a Hornady lock ring on the swage back up die so I could move it between heads easily. I was contemplating doing it only on the load step.

?How do you store your trim head - with or without the trimmer? I’ve been taking it off, and using a trimmed case to re-set it. It’s got the finer thread lock nut, think that’s a 13/16-20. I didn’t get the trim tool head so there’s not a lot of room even with the 7/8-14 lock nut on the underside for two nuts to lock up. And will be running .308 in the future so I’ll need to move it there. Drill and tap for a set screw on that nut?

The setup has been working fine, just looking for other viewpoints!

I'd say it would be a lot easier to swage twice than go to the trouble of disconnecting it. I have not put a power trimmer on my sizing head for my 1100, so can't answer that one.

I would lower the swage rod if not running a backup/expander die in #3, just to keep the case from pushing up on the shell plate but running it twice wouldn’t do anything a 2nd time. I leave mine installed and functional, they swage the ones that need it and don’t harm the ones already swaged.

You can witnesses mark the die, nut and tool head and get everything back in the same place after removal but I keep my trimmers on the tool head, ready to go.
