I received my first of these in the mail today and am going to load a few up to try. I was wondering if anyone loads these for a CZ PCR and if so what COAL works. Right now I am considering a COAL of 1.060".

For this reason, I started a reference thread for max OAL for different barrels and bullets - https://www.thehighroad.org/index.p...let-max-working-oal-col-for-reference.848462/

I will keep updating the thread with help from other THR members.

As Walkalong posted, depending on the leade length of barrel, RMR 124 gr JHP MPR with shorter rounder nose needs to be loaded shorter to clear the start of rifling.

Here's a listing of barrels from longer leade to shorter leade and max OAL (also working OAL) for your reference:

KKM 9mm 124 gr MPR - 1.115"
Shield 9mm 124 gr MPR - 1.105"
Tactical Kinetics 9mm 124 gr MPR - 1.055"
Lone Wolf 9mm 124 gr MPR - 1.040"

I have been following your thread on maximum OAL. I loaded (100) of these to 1.090" COAL. Plunked all (100) with mixed range brass. Poured rain all day today but hope to try these (100) out tomorrow for reliable cycling and accuracy. All and all I am very pleased finding these bullets at such a reasonable price. It was a joy to load them this afternoon.

That is the Maximum OAL for these bullets as reported by most users on the Original CZ Forum. The RMR bullet has a rather blunt ogive, and together with the short CZ leade, results in the shorter OAL. No members have reported feed issues at this length.

It worked out that 1.090" COAL is about a .015" set back from touching the lands and these hand cycle OK. I'll have a chance to shoot them tomorrow.

1.08 works fine in all my 9mms but none of them seem to be really short chambered.
I did a quick test at 1.065 and 1.08
S+B SP. mixed range brass, charges as thrown after setting measure, 5" 9mm 1911

The ones at 1.065 say 4.4gr in my notes but as I recall they were more like 4.45 ish some scaled at 4.4 some at 4.5
So going from 1.08 to 1.065 picked up about 30 fps in my gun.

If it matters, 4.5gr makes 125 PF but no wiggle room!
