I picked up a really, really beat up Type 53 (the Chinese copy of the Russian M44 Mosin Nagant) carbine a while back and never got around to shooting it until today. I took it out with some Chinese ammo and some Czech silvertip. The Chinese stuff functioned well, but the Czech jammed the bolt closed pretty well. Since it's pretty beat up already, it seemed appropriate to whack the bolt open with a rock. And that worked alright...until I broke my rock on the bolt handle!

Them Chinese sure know how to make a gun...

Um, I was really curious cause you got the title backwards, I really wanted to hear about the rock that beat a M44
