Romanian wasr slant muzzle break?

I have been to alot of gun shops over the last few months and have seen alot of romanian wasr ak's some with folding stocks some without but the case seems to always be that the slant muzzle break is not on right and is off to one side or the other, what is up with this and if i was to get one how hard would it be to fix, or instal another one on it? thanks!

the slant muzzle brakes on AK47's are supposed to be tilted to the right. this counteracts the torque of the round in addition to recoil. mainly noticable in full-auto.
