Good evening everyone! The more research I do, the more questions I have. I was in a local pawn shop this afternoon and the guy had just taken in a Rossi R85104 and is selling it for next to nothing and I am needing help. In everyone's opinion would this gun hold up for target practice and to take my son camping and things like that. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

I've yet to see one that doesn't go bang. Not to familiar with accuracy.

If it checks out okay, and the price is as good as you say, buy it. If you end up not liking it, you can almost certainly sell it for what you paid.

I think it would serve your needs well. It has adjustable sights so, when you buy ammo buy 2 or 3 different kinds and see which one shoots the tightest group. After you have found the tightest group adjust the sights to point of aim. In most cases you may not have to adjust the sights.
