Those tooking marks is absolutely unacceptable. Definitely try and let RRA fix the problem. But... you'll have to send your gun back to RRA ;)

Good luck and keep us updated on RRA's service once they have your pistol. :)
 
As for their service, I sent them an e-mail with pictures attached 12 days ago but haven't gotten a reply yet :cuss: What I have done: I sold the gun (I was too disgusted by it) and will NEVER again get something with the name Rock River Arms on it and neither I will suggest it to anybody because of their LOUSY Customer service!
A couple of days ago I wrote Surefire an e-mail and asked about one of their products and I got a reply within 3 minutes. Now, I don't say they (RRA) have to answer the e-mails that fast but it certainly would be nice if they would answer them within a couple of days! I sent them another e-mail, about 4 months ago and haven't gotten an answer yet. Can't call (because the guy on the phone doesn't know a thing) and can't send e-mails either - great company!
