RSBH Shooting left

I installed a Bowen rear sight on my SBH and cant seem to get my groups to POA shoot's about 4" to the left I moved the rear sight as far over to the right as I can if I put the edge of the rear U notch
the right side of it and line that up with the front sight all is good any idea on how i can fix this
range i was shooting was 35 yards load was 8gr of Unique under a 245gr cast bullet this was off a rest could my grip have any thing to do with it

long story but this is the short one It was a safe Queen for 13 years front sight was put on wrong by Ruger was on a angle they put a new barrel on it and I had a trigger job done on it So for the most part i just shoot steel put put some rounds on paper today and saw how much it was off Now i can work around it but was wondering if it was the way i was gripping it or what

Never mined rear sight was stuck ? I took out the push screws and the sight would not move so I gave it a tap now it works
I was able to move it L&R now
