I made a mistake in posting in all CAPS. I did so not knowing that it is considered rude. I am posting this in the in the auto forum because this
is where all the problems happened.
I looked up the proper etiquitte for forum posting and learned a lot. Also found out that trolling is rude, not staying on subject is rude, to make a derogatory remark to someone is rude, and to correct someone should be done in a private message and not to do so is rude. Seems there are a lot of rude people on here. I can say I did not know any better. What is their excuse? Like to hear what others think.

Well, technically this is off-topic. :D

As long as you learn the rules you should do fine on this forum. Usually apologies, messages directed to a certain person posted on the board or anything other than what the forum is intended for is frowned upon.

But the staff here are understanding and pretty easy going. We all had to learn the rule at some point.

Enjoy your stay.

I think we all get a little too into our posts at times, I know I do. Correcting others should be done with discretion. If it's bad info then it needs to be corrected in the thread so all may be better informed. I think you're on the right track with this thread, and I'm glad you took the time look into posting etiquette. You've caused me to take a step back and focus on what's important in a post. Good on ya. :)

You're right: people should be more polite. They were wrong.

Closing this as off-topic, though.
