ruger 10/22 barrel removal and install

Have any of you guys have the 25-30 round magazines? Did they feed well? Which ones do I need to stay away from, I really like the factory ones, do they make them the same but maybe 15 rounds?

i have 12 of the eagle 30 round magazines. they dont have steel feed lips but they feed perfectly. im not sure if they still make them though. ive had them for at least 15 years and they have been great for us.

The steel lip Butler Creek have always worked very well for me.

I have had great results with the 30rd TI mags, both plastic and aluminum.

The mags to get these days are the Ruger factory BX-25's

Just curious about how the OPs build and parts choices are coming along (?).

I always like to see how folks approach a 10/22 build- and then how they actually "end up" (like they're ever done doing it.
