I haven't seen that one. It looks like maybe one of the tri burst rigs?
FWIW the cranks are legal as are hand cranked Gatling guns (no motor on either though). They are completely useless for anything except converting money into noise and putting silly grins on faces.

The only opinion on that matters is that of the BATFE. They say it’s OK, but I don’t start a project without contacting them first. The # to the NFA division is 304-616-4500 if you ever have any questions. As always, the only dumb ones are those unasked especially when dealing with federal law.
