Hi All
I just saw one of these on YouTube. Anyone actuley seen one and held it? Or better yet shot one? If so what was your impression of it. Did it seem stable when reassembled? How big are the halfs? Any other in put?

Thanks
WB

I like mine, if you haven't torn a 10/22 all the way apart, the mechanism is pretty much the same (if you have had a 10/22 barrel off, obviously it mounts differently in the TD)
The "halfs" (halves? sp?) are about the same length, which is the length of a 10/22Carbine barrel (about 18.5", call it 19ish inches)
It is a very different assembly method compared to other takedown rifles, and has provisions for adjusting tension and compensating for wear. Watch the Ruger videos and they demonstrate it better than I could possibly describe it in plain text.

Bought the first one I saw. Like it a lot. I don't have optics on it and probably won't, but as far as I can tell shooting it with irons it is holding zero just fine when reassembled.
