So I got a new 4.5 inch Pac-Lite receiver for one of my Mark IIs. I put a small thin coating of gun grease inside the chamber and around the bolt. Installed the Pac-Lite and thats where I am at now.
I haven't had a chance to fire it yet, but I figured I would do some hand cycling just to be sure it feeds and ejects correctly.
So I filled up some magazines, and I am getting multiple FTE issues with each mag. The gun jams up with one round in the barrel ready to go, and another round trying to be ejected.
I thought it might be me not cycling the bolt fast enough so I tried the same test with another bone stock Mark II using the same magazine and the same rounds. I got maybe one FTE with the other Mark II. One isn't nearly as bad as the Pac-Lite Mark II.
Any ideas? Should I be worried?
