Trading Rugers & a Pac-lite?

I just traded my Ruger Mark II for a 22/45, being a 1911 shooter I never did like the angle of the grip on the Mark II. Then while scanning a gun rag waiting for the wife I stumbled across this. While teh weight savings may be an advantage, it just looks cool!

Has anybody seen one of these in the flesh? First hand experience?

Worth it?...or just nifty looking toy?
