Ruger American Ranch 5.56 Review

I liked the presentation and video quality.

Maybe Ruger will listen to your thoughts and and iron sights (dought it) and use an AR mag (very unlikely)... Kinda get the impression the review is a regurgitation of what is floating about on the interwebz. While the review is not comprehensive I commend the effort.

Would I buy the rifle based on this review? No... Would I buy it anyway? Yes. To the point of moving the 223 Savage Axis along. I'm on my 3rd 223 compact ATT though I only paid for one. I suspect the Ranch RA in 556 will offer up other issues not mentioned in this review.

Hmm not really sure about a regurgitation. I haven't really done any digging online on this gun myself. I went into this review cold. Maybe my ideas echo the ideas of others.

I'm glad you liked the video otherwise.

Good video. I really liked how you used the background to show other activities. These new Rugers have gotten quite good write ups. I could see getting one just to have as a beater or backup rifle in case a buddy wants to go hunting or shooting with me and doesn't have a long arm to bring. Slap a 2-7 Redfield on it and call it done. Personally I'd get it in 308 but I can see the popularity of it in 5.56. It's not a heirloom piece but it will shoot well.

Thanks for watching!

308 would be cool. It's available in the American lineup, just not in the "Ranch" series.
