Ruger LCP c ss engraved slide

I picked up a nice little LCP yesterday. Supposedly fired less than ten rounds. I've never seen one quite like it though. SS slide is engraved with scroll and the Ruger crest on both sides, and "LCP" is engraved on matt finish top. Serial# 377-xxxxx. Shoots great! Any ideas on this gun? Thanks, Catpop

Just this morning the local gun store manager said the LCP can be had with a stainless steel slide.

Stainless or chromed would be good way to go....big improvement over oxidation prone "blackened" slide.

The gun was sold shortly after it arrived at the store.

I have two black LCP but I was thinking of buying the stainless one. It looks good.
