Are you sure?? The cuts are in the same place. I have several of both mags.

I have both guns and mags for both guns. P3AT mags work in the Ruger. The Ruger floorplate is thicker than the KT floorplate. Thus, when using KT mags in the Ruger there is a small gap between the bottom of the frame and the mag floorplate. The mags appear to me to be identical in length...only diff is the floorplate. Both are made by MecGar.

Yep, over 1/10" difference. The Kel-Tec mag will fit in the Ruger, but there is a lot of up and down movement. It would probably work, but I'd rather stick with proper mag for each pistol.

I'll have to measure mine. I didn't see any difference using my calibrated eye!
