Ruger Mini-14 NRA value?

I have a Mini-14 NRA edition that I have never fired. I bought 11 extra Ruger 20 rd factory mags to go with the 2 it came with, so 13 total. My question is, what would the value of this NIB (still has the "tag" on the trigger guard) with the 11 extra mags be? I am thinking of selling it to fund another purchase. Any ideas would be appreciated.

A dealer will probably give you less than what you paid for the gun, for the whole package. As far as they are concerned, it's not new anymore.

You might can get all your money out of it in a FTF sell, but I'd be more willing to bet that you'll lose the cost of the extra mags in the deal.

Why would it be considered used? Whose to say I'm not a FFL selling a new gun, which it is.

Maybe I should explain it a bit differently. Though they may sell it as new, they'll buy it as used. No dealer (with any business sense) will pay retail cost on any gun. If they pay retail, what I'd assume you paid, they would have to sell it above retail to make a profit. They will buy that gun from you at, or below, wholesale cost (well below retail-more like used price), and then sell it for retail, for a profit.

$600 to $700 for the rifle.

About $35 per mag.

Will be hard to find a rifle buyer who wants that many mags at $35 each.

Sell the mags separately.

I guess I'll wait for King Obama's ban in a couple of years and sell the whole package for $2,500.00 . All jokes aside, I really want to sell it or trade it for another .30-'06 (in bolt action), but I refuse to lose a penny on it. Bought it as an invesment, which I'm sure it will be very soon.
