IMHO, the only thing lacking in their revolvers is a nicer trigger. If there were a Ruger PC, I'd be interested in a Super Redhawk w/a tuned trigger....hmmmm

3" GP-100 in .44SPL & .45ACP (5-shot cylinder).

3" SP-101 in .22MAG (7-shot cylinder) & .32MAG w/ alloy frame (same as autos).

Super Blackhawk Hunter in .480 Ruger, .454 Casull, & .500 S&W Magnum w/ 5-shot cylinders.

An ACCURATE Mini-14/30.

Model 96 leverguns in .357, .41, & .480

Anything in titanium...:D

UPDATE: Mark II in .22 Magnum...

Bisley Hunter in .454 Casull/.45 Colt, and also comes with a .45 ACP cylinder. Wouldn't that be cool?

ss Redhawk 357 magnum, 5" barrel.

ss GP 100 7.5" barrel .357 maggie

ss GP 100 5" barrel, .22 LR

ss Redhawk 41 maggie, 5" barrel

ss .22 maggie sp 101, 3" barrel (6-shot)

ss GP 100 .357 magnum 5" barrel , 7-shot.

PC 45 carbine

Come out with a NEW semi-auto rifle design, and chamber it in .243 Win.

William B. Ruger SR stated several times over the years

He was not interested in having any kind of " custom shop ".
His reasoning was there were many fine pistolsmiths out in the hinterlands who could do the finest of work and he was not about to take that work away from them.

Maybe they could produce stainless guns WITHOUT sharp edges you can shave with. Or maybe they make blued Mark II’s that are actually blued instead of PAINTED.

Don’t take me as a Ruger basher, I use many of their firearms. But they sure put out some roughly finished guns.

I'd love to see Ruger produce a compact, single-column mag 9mm along the lines of the S&W Model 908, et.al...maybe a down-sized P95-type pistol. For that matter, I guess they could do the same thing in .40 and/or .45ACP, too.

I had this thought earlier today...a 5 shot sp-101 w/ bobbed hammer in 45 acp. , a 10 shot GP 100 in 22lr and a 10/22 w/ machined parts and tunable trigger....now you're talkin ;)

How about a Mini-14/XGI MKII in .308---.243--.260---7-08 priced at about $800-$850---to beat the pants off Springfields' overpriced offerings.

Such a move would probably put SA out of business---or force them to be competitive.

Competition is a good thing.

Where can I sign up...I'll take one Stainless .308 please.

A slicked up, lightened, and engraved version of the Vaquero would be nice. And how about an accurized, CC version of the polymer framed autos with a shorter barrel and grip.

How about a Super Redhawk that doesn't look like someone jammed a rifle barrel into the frame of a revolver.

They could put a GP100 profile barrel on that gun and it would look nice instead of weird.

Super Redhawk with the frame extension milled off and a Redhawk barrel installed, and a 4" version offered.

A 5 or 6 shot 41 Mag GP100. A six shot is likely impossible but some Pythons were converted to 6 shot 41's so maybe it's possible with the GP.

A 6 shot 10 mm GP100 with full moon clips.

A 5 shot 45 Colt GP100 with all the current barrel length and sight options.

The Security Six/Speed Six line brought back!

Since Ruger makes it a practice to

UNCUSTOMIZE every one of its guns that comes their way for repairs(Or as they say "return to factory spec's)I would say they already have an UNCUSTOMIZE SHOP on the premisis.

I'll second the motion on the Speed-Six, preferably with the SP101-style grip stud and grips!

Actually, what I'd REALLY love to see would be a re-introduced Security-Six, in 9mm, with high-profile target-type or Ashley-type rear sight and gold bead/Hi-Viz front ramp sight - I can't help but think THAT would be the ULTIMATE IDPA REVOLVER.

If they don't want to resurrect the tooling for a Security-Six, I could be satisfied with a GP100 that shoots 6 moon-clipped rounds of 10mm Auto, or .38Super - or possibly a 7-8 shot moon-clipped .30Carbine...

I think a compact P-90 and compact P-95 would do just nicely!!!

Let's see...

A left handed M77 in .308/7-08/.260, and a left handed 77/22;
An adjustable sighted P90.
In revolvers, I saw something neat in the pictures from the shot show posted over on www.gunblast.com ; a GP-100 in the "target grey" finish like on the .454 and .480 SRHKs. It is a special run from a distributor.

seeker_two has both of my ideas covered: A 3" 44 Special GP100 with fixed sights and a Super Blackhawk Hunter in 454. I'd buy both of those.

For rifles, a 77VT in 6.5x284.

Just looked on the gunblast.com page This is pretty neat - a Bisley-based Hunter. I'd buy one in 44 Magnum and one in 454.

Maybe they could just go full-time grinding all the ugly off their centerfire semi-auto pistols....

AR AR AR AR AR!!!!!!
