There is a Ruger SR9 for sale locally LNIB and I was wanting to know if anyone could give me any info on them if they are good bad anything would help, Thanks in advance.

My friend just bought one, and he likes it.

Some of the early ones had problems, but that seems to be in the past.

Accurate, extremely reliable, inexpensive for how much gun you get.

Very slender frame for it being a 17+1 pistol. Downside is that the grip is also pretty long.

What these guys say... in spades.

Had one of the early ones that was recalled. The factory was quick as a bunny on the fix. The gun functions well with anything given to it and accuracy is "combat grade". No troubles at all after the factory got done with the trigger recall.

Only a couple of thousand rounds through it, but hasn't jammed or hiccuped in any way.

I think this basically sums up every Ruger handgun in production.:)

It's a very good pistol, and it's really comfortable to shoot. Nice ergonomics with the human hand. Mine has never failed.
