Click on the page, fill it out and hit "submit" and a letter will be sent for you to all of your local, state and national representatives, up to and including the President. It's never been so easy to do something so critical. If you enjoy your rights, please participate in fighting for them now.

You can usually just unsubscribe (especially with elected reps) with just a click of a link.Done and Done. Can't imagine there is a reason not to do this. They send a letter, you might get a couple emails. If you don't like the emails, you apply a spam filter and add their domain name... this shouldn't be very complicated...
