This will be a hard question to answer . . .
I just bought a new S&W MP 340 - 357 magnum J-frame. It came with the Crimson Trace grips and a factory Trijicon front night sight. I love this revolver .. .
The front sight doesn't seem to be that bright though. I never had any guns with night sights, so I have no feel for how bright this front sight should be. It just seems like it should be brighter. I've seen pics on the internet of other night sights, and I realize they are probably long exposures . . which may make them look brighter than they really are.
In a totally dark room - should the sight seem very bright - or barely visible? Mine is very faint. I'm just wondering if something is wrong with the sight.
Thanks in advance. . . .
