I recently picked up model 65-2 and had been shooting it 38 special. I went to load 3 different brands of 357 (Fiocchi, Federal, hornady) for target practice and none of them fit into the cylinder. Am I missing something? Two of thr loads were 158 gr and one 140 grain. Thanks for help in advance.

Clean the chambers. You got lead built up. Next time shoot your mags first, then the 38's. (they won't fit because they are longer and that build up is preventing them from fitting))

Chuck a cleaning brush into a drill and dip in solvent. Spin for 5 seconds in each chamber while pulling and pushing up and down and the chambers will be mirrors.

Just came in from the garage and the rounds are fitting perfect after hitting the cylinders using Homerboy method above. Thanks again for the help.

Just make sure you cleaned out the chambers with a clean patch to get the gook out. I dip a patch in solvent and follow up with dry ones. And if course never use this method in the barrel. Can't spin a brush in a rifled barrel. Glad it worked out for you

Nice, glad to here it worked! I want a Model 65 so bad!!! In the meantime, my "wimpy" Model 64 will have to do. ;)
