S&W 915 safety question

Anyone know if a s&w 915 can be modified to be ambi on the safety decocker?

If you get all the parts you should be able to. Havent researchied it but you it seems you won't be able to use any of the safety parts you already have.

I THINK you can buy the safety assembly for a 5906 and just swap it out.

I have both a 39-2 (first generation single stack) and a 915. If you watch the disc on the right side of the slide (where a safety would be), you would see that disc rotate when you move the safety. So in theory, you could find a way to mount some lever onto the disc, and it would work.

Easiest and cheapest way would be to buy the 59xx safety and mount it instead. Follow this to do so
