S&W M&P15 Sight Adjustment Question

I am looking at the Smith & Wesson M&P15. I was just wondering if anybody has any information on the rear sight adjustments.
for example.
1 click of elevation is equivalent to __ moa?
1 click of windage is equivalent to __ moa?

With that being said, I guess it would be nice to know the moa adjustment for the front sight post as well. Any help would be great.

Assuming your M&P has standard A2 sights...

Each detent on the front sight adjust the POI 1.3" at 100m
Each click of windage will adjust the POI left/right .5" at 100m
Each click of elevation will adjust the POI 1.1" at 100m

0.006" movement of the front sight or the rear sight on ANY AR-15 type rifle
will move your point of impact one minute of angle.

Would apply to a M&P15A with Troy sights on the rear? It only has windage adjustments.
