S&W Model 642 CT variants?

Greetings, comrades.
Long-time lurker, first-time poster here.

Spousal unit is researching the Model 642.
S&W has two SKU numbers for this revolver, 163811 and 150972.

Able Ammo has both listed (out of stock, of course) with a $3 price difference.

Damned if I can see anything different.
Am I overlooking something obvious?

I do not recommend the 642 airweight for the spousal unit. My spousal unit bought the airweight against my wishes and shot it once and never again. Recoil was to brutal for her hand which left a bruise for a couple of weeks. Highly recommend a standard weight revolver. She likes the rossi her father gave her. She also has a walther ppq which she likes as well in 9mm.
