S&W original vintage instruction manual

I have been looking for an original vintage instruction manual for my S&W combat masterpiece. I found website that sells reproduction instruction manuals, but their master copy does not have a date only form number 05-01-0177. Does this form number look familiar to anyone?

I don't know right off hand what the S&W manual number is for a model 15, but it isn't just 05-01-0177!

05-01-0177 = Model 66 S&W #5125A
