Although I had posted some pictures of this fairly recent acquisition of an(6")Pre-Model 10, I got a new digital camera and tried to take some better pictures of this revolver. Take note, that in the thrd(Frontal)picture below, that there is some glare on the tip of the barrel-and, this is not bluing wear-as there isn't any bluing wear on this gun at all! This Pre-Model 10 is all original and is about as mint as it could possibly be! It also has the pre-war long action, which is nice. This gun was lettered to have been shipped to the Thompson Riggs Company, Sacramento, CA on November 18, 1946(Very close to my birth date of August 23, 1946!)and Sacramento is located only 60 miles from my home!
