S&W rear sight blade swaps?

The 2206 (.22LR) has a black rear sight blade that is approximately the .110" height size. With the changing eyeballs I'd like to put in one of the white outline types and was wondering if the revolver blade kits will fit in? The revolver width is wider at .60" compared to the .50" in the .22LR pistol though. The thickness is the same at .048X". The adjustment screw head is also larger on the revolver. Not sure if the blade has the same screw pitch between them.

Looks like the Kit Gun J frame adjustable, not the common K,L,N sight.
I don't know if the K leaf would fit.

Well, if the thickness is the same and the shape of the new one isn't larger, grab a blade, Sharpie, something to scribe with, and a file.

Called S&W and the rep relayed they were not compatible. If the blade maintained the same thread pitch, the blade itself can be shaved down. The rep relayed to try Numrich which I'll have a look through. The S&W sight blades that I'd seen at the time were listed were for revolvers. May have to experiment if I desire a taller sight blade in the 2206.

I might be inclined to go-to the hobby store and get something to outline it with myself.

Nail polish remover will easily take it off until you get it perfect or decide to go back to black.
