I have a S&W Mod 4506-1 that has extractor problems, and I would like to return it to S&W for repair.
Is [email protected] the correct email address to use to request a RMA for a return of this nature?
I bought this used, but it still looks new. Does S&W still fix stuff like this for free? I sent another bought-used third gen to them for the same problem a few years back, they had it for about three weeks, and IIRC, they issued a prepaid shipping label to me via email, and the repair (fixed the problem ), and return trip back to me didn't cost me a dime. Is this still their (excellent) policy?
