Hawkins1, as someone who just went through this exercise, I can suggest two things:
1. Consider a used TL (or TLTR) 30x6. They are available, and offer a lot more protection for the same kind of money you are talking about. They don't, however, come with purpose specific racks like most of the "gun safes" do.
2. I wouldn't completely discount what others are posting, but a1abdj and CB900F both provided me with very good information as I was considering my purchase of a used ISM safe.
