Saiga 12 with low brass

It depends on how often you get FTE with low brass, that is a good kit but I'd stay away from low power springs, they cause unnecessary wear especially combined with booster pucks. The adjustable plug is a great upgrade but a lot of people mistakenly assume it will help with firing low brass. If I were you I'd go to the CSS website and order the adjustable plug and the CSS performance puck (not md arms) and if that didn't work I'd reprofile the bolt and carrier, if you don't feel comfortable doing that yourself Cobra's Custom will do a great job for you

Thanks for the heads up. Just curious what is better about the CSS adjustable plug over the DPH plug? I've not used either just trying to get a baseline from someone who knows better.....

IMO there's no difference in the various plugs, they are all pretty much copies of the original gunfixer plug

I don't let shade tree "gunsmith" with a dremel touch my stuff. Cobra is a hack. If you want someone to reprofile the bolt have someone with a mill and the ability to do a percise job do it. I'd suggest JT Engineering.

Before I bought anything I would, first check to make sure the proper number of gas ports are there and that they are all open. Then I'd simply polish things up myself.
