At the moment, the leading cause of death among 18 to 35 year olds is fentanyl overdose, far exceeding deaths involving firearms. I wonder if San Jose is going to require insurance for people buying fentanyl. Just a thought.

This is my question as wellWhat insurance companies would offer such policies, and what would the premiums be? It seems to me that this plan would fail because of lack of practicality. It's just silly posturing anyway.
