Savage 1907 Bullet Stuck, failure to extract

I have a 1907 Savage that has a bullet stuck in the barrel and the cartridge still unextracted. I can't pull the slide back due to the round still being stuck in the gun. Any ideas on how to remove it? Drill the round out? Anyone?

Take it to a gunsmith. They have the knowledge, training, experience, skill, and equipment to deal with these kind of things. Don't try to drill it yourself - seen too many barrels ruined that way by folks who aren't extremely good at it. There may also be underlying issues that a good smith will know to look for.

If there's still a live round in there um... yeah. Take it to a gunsmith. Verrrry carefully.
(edit, if I misunderstood and you have a projectile lodged in the barrel and a spent case locked in the action, you might be able to pull the bullet with one of those worms for black powder arms)
