Savage/Anschutz Mk 10 22 LR

Is anyone here familiar with these? A local shop has one in excellent condition for $300, is that a good deal? It has a globe front sight and also comes with a Weatherby 4x scope but there is no rear sight so I guess I'd have to get an appropriate one. It looks like it would make for a very nice target rifle.

According to the latest Blue Book a Mk 10 in 100% is worth about $350.

Manufactured from 1963-1981. Should be a pretty good little sporter, nothing spectacular but definately not a dog.
