savage model help

i was in my local dicks sporting goods and saw a savage 308 with a nice fluted bull barrel and a cheap tasco scope for $600

when i got home i checked savages site and cant find the model anywhere

all the ones that i see have comps attatched to the end of the barrel or are way more expencive than the one in dicks

does anyone know what model it could be (pics would help)

is it a store exclusive maybe?

it cant be used because this DSG doesnt take trade ins

ok on further inspection on savages website they say nothing about it being available in .308 also the magazine is internal (i forgot to mention that earlier) and i cant tell if the barrel is fluted from the pic but the page doesnt say it is thanks for the effort tho

Well what's the model on the rifle you're looking at? Knowing this could be a big help

I've seen some of the newer 10FP's with fluted barrels. Most of them have a brake too.

thats the problem krochus i dont know lol and the DSP is a ways away so its not like im gonna run down there just to find out
