The actions are identical. The difference is in the details. In the package guns, which are the only 110s with wood stocks, the stock is the difference. The 111 package is a synthetic stock, though Wal-mart sells a version specific to them of the 110 that has a synthetic stock as well. The 111 is typically your standard hunting rifle while the 110 is a more specialized rifle. For instance the 110 might have a heavier profile barrel and a tactical style stock or might have a camo finish. Other than the details, they are the same.
